The Rehoboth Baptist Church is dedicated to helping others this Thanksgiving as we continue our annual mission of distributing Thanksgiving baskets. If you, or a family you know, are in need of this blessing, please complete the

Thanksgiving Mission Project application form. 

PLEASE NOTE:  All members of Rehoboth between the ages of 65-74 will receive this gift automatically and will not need to fill out this form.

There are 3 ways you may complete the form:

1. Access Thanksgiving Mission Project form electronically. https://forms.gle/qiZXQzFCvgPh3QLU6.                                      or download Hard Copy Click Here.

2. Call our Mission Project line at 803-567-5070 to have someone complete the form for you.

3. You may also request a hard copy during our worship services. Once completed, place form in outside Black box located on the side door near the Pastor’s Parking space. You may also give it to an usher.

All forms must be submitted no later than Sunday, November 13, 2022.

Baskets pickup- Saturday, November 19th between 10 am and 12 noon.

 Face masks are required as we continue to follow Covid-19 protocols.
